Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with MOA. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

1. All Plans Include a 3-Day Free Trial
Every MOA plan (Starter, Pro, and Agency) starts with a 3-day free trial. Your card is required at sign-up to verify identity and prevent abuse, but you will not be charged until the end of day 3. If you cancel before day 4, no payment is taken and no refund is necessary.
The 3-day trial is available once per customer and is non-transferable.
2. Paid Subscriptions — General Principle
MOA subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually). We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods when you cancel mid-cycle. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Trial cancellation — if you cancel before the end of day 3 of your trial, no charge occurs. This is not a refund — it is a charge prevention.
- Service outage — if MOA experiences a verified outage exceeding 48 consecutive hours that materially prevents your use of the Service, you may request a pro-rata credit or refund for the affected period.
- Accidental duplicate charge — if you are charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately upon verification.
- Unauthorised charge — if a charge was made on your account without your authorisation, contact us immediately. We will investigate and refund if confirmed.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind after the 3-day free trial period ends and billing has begun
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Annual subscriptions requested for refund after the 3-day trial has ended
- Accounts suspended due to policy violations
- Third-party costs incurred based on MOA recommendations
- Dissatisfaction with AI assistant behaviour (which is outside our control)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@mentionsonai.com with:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
6. Annual Plans
Annual plans include the same 3-day free trial. If you cancel before day 4, you will not be charged. Once the trial ends and the annual payment is processed, annual subscriptions are non-refundable; however, you may cancel at any time and your access will continue through the end of the annual period.
7. Currency and Fees
All refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction. MOA is not responsible for currency conversion fees or differences in exchange rates charged by your bank or card provider.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may be unable to process a refund simultaneously. We encourage you to contact billing@mentionsonai.com first — we aim to resolve issues promptly.
